The Contact Center is designated mainly for returning Israeli scientists, scholars and researchers entitled to immigrate to Israel under the Law of Return, or who have studied in or have another special connection to Israel, who seek a research position in academia or the public sector in Israel. It is designated for those with at least a second degree.
